Colts Game!

We went to see the Colts!
Free tickets and decent seats awaited!

The weather was perfect so they opened the dome!
What a great evening!

We had a great time cheering on the home team!
Go Colts!

Great twin night!

Indiana Beach 2011!

Indiana Beachin' it!
Groupon offered an amazing beginning of the season deal to Indiana Beach!
We simply couldn't pass it up!

So we packed up Breanna (Ashley's niece) and her friend for a trip to the place that proves,
"There's more than corn in Indiana"!

We had a great time riding rides and playing a little skee ball!

We always finish up a trip to Indiana Beach with a trip to the Emporium and a ride on the Great Wheel!

The girls had a hard time not staring at their phones, but being outside with a couple of adult kids made for a great day!

It was such a great weather day!  We had lots of fun pretending to be kids again!
Great twin day!

Shamrock Walk 2011

It's the 20th Anniversary of the Shamrock Run and Walk
and we are representing our Irish heritage!

The 4-Mile Run & Walk course starts on Monument Circle...

and heads to Fountain Square, home of the "Irish Hill."

The perfectly crisp spring morning made our brisk stroll through the
closed Indianapolis streets one to remember!

We celebrated our completion of the walk with traditional Irish music and green beers on the circle!

We even got to meet a leprechaun... Michael McCrackin!
We could not trick him into giving us his pot of gold, but we did get his picture!

A great way to celebrate the season, get dressed up, have some laughs, and remember some of the things that make us unique and carry on our heritage!

Great Twin Day together!

Halloween 2010 - First Tricks or Treats Triathlon

We hosted the first annual Tricks or Treats Triathlon!
This will hopefully turn into an annual Halloween party with competitions!

We had a blast coming up with all the events for this party!
Participants tracked their points on this giant score board!

A lot of couples chose to partner up on their costumes!
Greg and Emily appeared as Obi Wan and Princess Leia,
while Ashley and Ross went for a classic mummy and Egyptian Princess!

Some of the games included bobbing for apple jello shots,
pick your poison (try to figure out what mixed drink you just had), fall trivia, and Pumpkin Chug!

Chugging beer from pumpkins was a crowd favorite!  So festive!

All in all, we couldn't really say who won!
There were points winners and good time winners!

This was such a great idea and we will definitely have it again next year!
Great turn out, great fun, great twin night!

Sharon's Bachelorette Party!

One of our good friends from college is getting married!
Sharon Cruz was not really planning anything special for a Bachelorette Party (until we came along)!

The whole gang showed up to share in the revelry!

We really stretched our simple budget so that everyone could attend!
We brought one of Sharon's favorite restaurants to her, Old Spaghetti Factory!
We also totally decked out her house with decorations and flowers!

It turns out spaghetti and meat "balls" is a pretty amazing Bachelorette dinner choice!
Add some penis straws and a penis cake (complete with chocolate shavings) and you have a totally festive evening!

After some interesting gifts, we got her all dressed up and out to Howl at the Moon!

Some dares and a few buckets later, we were all having a great time!

A trip to the unicorn club rounded out this adventurous night!
What a great and crazy twin night!

Visiting Manasota Key 2010!

We went to visit mom in Manasota Key!
It was just around the grand opening of Harry Potter Universal Studios so it was time to go to Florida!

Mom was so excited to have us visit!
Emily hadn't seen her since before Korea and Ashley as also due for some mom time!

The sites and sunsets of Manasota Key are absolutely breathtaking on her almost private beach!

The love birds enjoying Florida!

Mom had tons of activities planned like visiting middens!
We enjoyed just soaking up the sun with our momma!

Of course we did some local shopping and Ashley and Ross took their classic Captain Morgan pic!

But perhaps the best part about this trip was the granita!
Such a refreshing way to get your servings of fruit in!

We had a great time checking out mom's place, enjoying the local life, and having dinners out!
What a great twin time!

IMA Summer Nights - Rebel Without a Cause

Our annual trip to the Indianapolis Museum of Art's Summer Nights took us to "Rebel Without a Cause"!
The James Dean classic promises brooding, teenage angst, and so much more!

We of course arrived early for some picnic foods and games on the grass!

The iconic red jacket worn by Dean forever symbolizes "cool" to any Hoosier!

We invited some friends along for this show.
The guys didn't really love the movie, but it was fun just being outside on such a nice night!

Totally Indiana twin night!
